If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

    Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

a. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date.
b. Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
c. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.
d. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for refunds, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

    How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at contact@insideoutgear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
c. Send the item(s) back to us, along with the IOG number, using a trackable shipping method.
d. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

    Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

    Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for refund, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, Inside Out Gear will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your returned items.

    Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or design, please follow the same steps as outlined in the "How to Request a Refund" section. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our Customer Support team at contact@insideoutgear.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to rectify the issue as soon as possible and, if necessary, provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
