Curatix is not changing my feed

Refresh YouTube after changing settings. Make sure the extension is enabled and allowed to run on youtube.com in your browser extension settings.

A video was hidden unexpectedly

Open Curatix settings and check your blacklist phrases, clickbait sensitivity, and channel rules. Affected videos include a visible Curatix reason when they are suppressed or boosted.

Reset rules

Open the Curatix options page and use Reset to restore the default clickbait phrases and score thresholds.

  2. Open YouTube and refresh the home feed.
  3. Use the Curatix extension popup to open settings.
  4. Add blacklist or whitelist rules, then save.
  5. Manage or remove the extension from your browser extensions page.

Questions

Does Curatix replace YouTube?

No. Curatix works on top of the normal YouTube website and adjusts visible feed cards based on your rules.

Does Curatix block playback?

No. The MVP focuses on the home feed and avoids changing core playback behavior.

Can I export my rules?

Yes. The options page includes import and export controls for Curatix settings.

Does Curatix work in Brave?

Curatix is built for Chromium browsers with Manifest V3. Brave users can install compatible extensions from the Chrome Web Store.
